Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — Policy) has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 «On Personal Data». This Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their security.

2. Basic Terms

Personal data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified individual (personal data subject). Processing of personal data — any action with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction. Operator — a person organizing and carrying out the processing of personal data.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes: processing incoming requests through the contact form; contacting the user to discuss projects and provide services; sending informational and marketing materials (with user consent); improving service quality and website performance; compliance with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data processing is carried out on the basis of: consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data; Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 «On Personal Data»; other federal laws and regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

5. Types of Data Processed

The Operator may process the following personal data: name (surname, first name, patronymic); email address; phone number; company name (if applicable); project and budget information; device and browser data (User-Agent, IP address); website behavior data (pages visited, time on site).

6. Data Collection and Storage Procedure

Personal data is collected when: filling out the contact form on the website; subscribing to the email newsletter; using the website (automatic collection of technical data). Data is stored on secure servers using modern information security tools. Only authorized Operator employees have access to personal data.

7. Data Retention Period

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, but not more than 3 (three) years from the moment of the last interaction with the user. After the storage period expires, personal data is destroyed. The user can request deletion of their data at any time.

8. Third-Party Data Sharing

The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases of: transfer of data to contractors and partners to fulfill obligations to the user (with confidentiality maintained); requirements of Russian Federation legislation; requests from authorized government bodies in the established manner.

9. Cookies and Analytics

The website uses cookies for: ensuring website functionality; saving user settings; collecting anonymous visitor statistics; improving website performance. We use web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica and similar). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, however this may affect website functionality.

10. Rights of Personal Data Subject

The personal data subject has the right to: receive information about the processing of their personal data; require clarification, blocking or destruction of their personal data; withdraw consent to the processing of personal data; appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to Roskomnadzor or in court.

11. Consent Withdrawal Procedure

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a request to email: hello@lureup.agency with the subject «Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing». After receiving the request, the Operator stops processing personal data and destroys it within 30 days, except in cases provided by law.
